Don’t you think? I’m just asking, not condemning. Let’s respectfully agree or disagree… 😊 I’ve seen modern individual single family houses for $40-60K in Liberia, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda etc….

In the USA you have a bank that can loan you the money with interest and the client has a reliable job to pay his debts but majority of our people are unemployed and if they do work they are barely getting paid so please tell me how that benefits Liberia??

Good information. Question: I'm from Caribbean originally, ex Marine. Fed up with systemic and institutionalized racism state side. Have been eyeing Afrika for many months now. However, one concern; many countries already started to be colonized by Chinese. I know many, many details of how they "operate" anywhere they go how is it there? This is my problem with us, after years of war and no jobs then you build a community only the foreigners can afford? How is this beneficial for Liberians? I have a 4 bedroom morden house in Kenya and I paid 38,000, in a developed country then you build a development in a struggling country and say 175,0000? Make it make sense? This tells me one thing, your marketing is not geared toward Liberians it geared toward affluent Liberian and foreigners and that is not helping our people.
