A 12 years old girl had a small fall while riding a bicycle and developed weakness in her hands and legs. The parents notified the doctor that the girl was playing well but she had a slight tilt in the neck. After the MRI scan, the Craniocervical Junction bones were in malposition. She was treated with craniocervical re-alignment surgery.
