Atlas: freeport islands rework. 

Finally I decided to do a heavy rework on the freeports with the aim of practicing to make my own islands, here are the changes:
Opening of all freeport buildings.
Placement of assets with aggressive optimization throughout the city.
NPC stores that sell practically everything.
beach reworked and more geographically correct.
more geographically correct and decorated oceanic relief.
I hope to bring a mod with the main freeports before starting with my own islands.
