This is a speed build on a pvp base, This base can also be used as a large turret tower. This build is well armoured and has a good amount of honey comb layers but still has a good amount of crafting and storage space inside. This build also has puckle turrets, swivel guns, ship cannons and ballista turrets for defense making it hard to raid because of the variety of weapons available. Even though this build has lots of turrets i would still advise building turret towers around it.

Built this in official PvP, with just a couple alterations. It's withstood 5 raids now, two of which were offline. Really a decent build.

Sure looks great.. Nothing 1 elevated mortar or a cannon horse cant take care of tho :) Theres even a hill right there next to it :)

That is one hella job of honeycombing! Nice base design. Just getting back into Atlas after being away for a couple of years... looks like the new devs are getting thier act together to make the game playable again.

This looks real cool but can ya do a video making a tower that requires low amounts of crew because I'm sure many people would like something armored and with low crew count and keep up the good work.

Great builds and great videos man! One suggestion (and I apologize because as Im typing this Im thinking surely someone else has said this) a count of how many structures used to build it would be nice.

That would use a crap ton of npcs! lol We have like 4-5 active players in our group. Might need a modified version of this. It is very cool though. Wondering if our allies can access the cannons, mortars and harpoons.

Your swivels and puckles may be too close to eachother, test by putting on all targets and seeing if they kick themselves off the turrrets if they aggro something, if they all shoot ur fine.

How are you getting your mortars to aim so horizontal? Do you have a mod? Also swivels above the 3rd level is probably useless because their pitch is so bad. Typically I would move the mortars on the roof and the balistas down where you have the mortars cause on official I don't think you can aim that low and balistas have a pretty bad pitch down. On the roof you probably want a few swivels/mortars creating a cross fire to defend from gliders. Pretty build though, and don't mean to tear you down just want to help teach you the meta.

@@Tristramdeliones I tested the turrets and they work with so thats all good. Yeah the mortars are probably better off on the very top. The swivels work fine they shoot anyone who glides around them and they can aim down quite a bit. Its a visual glitch with the mortars i think because once you get on them they go back to normal. Thanks for the constructive criticism, comments like this that are not just attacking the design help me out a lot with what i should do to improve. Thanks again!

@@SypherSam Hey man i appreciate this video, I have the tower built and im loving it the only issue im seeing is my crew keeps jumping off the swivels, how did you stop this ?

You PVP guys do a good job with the honeycombing, but you miss an opportunity for even further improvement. For example, in ark, we have the sloped ceilings, and I am pretty sure you have them in atlas too. You can place sloped ceilings and triangle ceilings inside the cells of the honeycomb, adding yet another layer of barriers between you and the outside.

Love the builds been trying to make some of them on my PvP server takes a lot of time with my but clenched hoping I don't get wiped while building lol keep it up, love trying to make your builds

Yea dude Bear cannon can still defeat this. Bear cannon can defeat everything because of range. @On Cue you need to do an underwater Vault

It looks really cool i have to say, too many swivel guns. need more puckles or the cannon bear will destroy this base. swivels are best used in close quarters-.

Looks Nice and big but defens is bs my man canon bear and its gone i dose take alot of balls but the range of npc is to low compare with a player mountend cannon

This would be more of a centralized structure. Ideally filling in some of the gaps and moving some guns away from the main structure and creating an extended perimeter would be the obvious choice. As well as placing the structure upon a plateau.

hate to say it, but this is an impractical tower for Atlas PVP. Too much too mention, but the sheer number of swivels used here proves the builder has never PVP'd in Atlas at all.
