You have the wrong pulleys on the motor and matching countershaft. Clamp and bolt missing for the steady. need covers for the QC. Charts for it can be had on Ebay. Attachments look like a home made woodworking fence and the other a winder for wire?
I know the pulleys aren’t stock. Clamp to the steady rest and bolt were in a box. I’ve been on Ebay already looking for replacement charts, but didn’t find them yet.
Length becomes a liability with these little machines. Same reason I don't like the 12" version; the further you get from the ways, the more leverage, and that leverage becomes flex. Most of i will be in the compound, which is way under built.
