Hi Clyde, this is excellent. Can we build a document repository (word/excel/pdf ) and have a workflow for period review and approval with a tracking / logging mechanism.

Thank you, Swati! Out of the box, building a document repository is possible-by using a table with links to word/excel/pdfs and some status labels explaining the status for each document. But workflow with approval process doesn't come built in. For that you might've to look at third party apps from the marketplace. Have a look at this one for example - marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222276/workflows-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud Hope this helps!
