What i wanna no is.. i was born in 1980 where was these atmospheric rivers at then just an in 2000 just recently started hearing about these the past 3 to 4 yrs
They use to be normal weather this time of year over Oregon and southwest Washington, we use to call it the banana express. It would usually start in Sept/Oct and sometimes go clear into Apr/May, thus the saying "April showers bring May flowers". We would go days, sometimes weeks without a break from the rain. I am very confident with my comment due to the fact I have lived in Oregon my whole life, 57 years.

We use to call it a rain storm or the banana express. And it use to normally hit landfall over Oregon and southwest Washington from Sept/Oct clear thru Apr/ May some years, not California. We would go days, sometime weeks without a break from the rain. California gets this weather now because the world weather manipulators/geoengineers have manipulated the jet stream by HAARP and geoengineering farther south to now make landfall thru California.
