I wish I could rave about the jewelry I bought - purchased the pearl ring and it arrived with a missing pearl - they sent me a replacement and in less than a week the pearls starting falling off. Pretty design but quality is very poor.
Atolea has terrible customer service. Package came from china, and the bracelet broke after a few days. Sent them an email and they told me to ship the broken item to some warehouse in Europe for a refund when the package came from China
You're making these look good! I'm so confused - I found the brand on Pinterest and reviews online (Reddit) make it sound like a TOTAL scam and I regretted buying immediately. What do you (or anyone here) think? Anyone who has tried it... do you like the quality? Have they snapped, or lasted? Any experience with the silver color? Thank you!!
I just received my items as well and definitely nervous, but I reached out to the support team to return one of the items and see how they communicate and how they handle things. Overall, the necklaces are pretty, but not long enough for my chubby neck lol
I ordered a necklace and bracelets. I wear each everyday and do not take them off. The necklace is still like new. The bracelets however have tarnished where the hook/latch otherwise the other bracelet portion is still like new. Inexpensive version for gold like jewelry.
