Well that's bad, cuz i think there is no way to recover the piece. I dont know if there is a solution. Maybe using the console and the console commands cheats can spawn the entire shield or each shield pieces.
About the wierd doll its unique fish bait to captured gold fish in otradnoye you need to boost your luck at 9 or 10 by drinking beers or other bottles can boost your luck and then keep catching the gold fish take note save first before trying to capturing the gold fish if you fail capturing the gold fish or manage to capture fish ignored it load the save and start capturing the fish again take note your catch gold fish at one time it will grand you a wish to choose stat you want to upgrade
