Thank you, what is your opinion in going with Non smart fan like Renessa and then putting in a smart fan switch to make this smart. That way savings are more?

The basic difference is in smart fan you can not only get on off control through app & voice but even things like speed and led lights on it can be controlled ,but with smart switch only on off control can be achieved. ru-vid.comYO_b1xyC6MQ?feature=share also only few bldc models work with regulator all others work without it . Well i have 2 fans installed in my hall , you can control both with single remote but many times the infrared signel just bounces of wall n both fan take same command even if am pointing at 1 fan . So sometimes you will face that problem , if u precisely point at it the problem is solved to some extent

i purchased 6 fans out of which i had to do a warranty replacement for 1 , it was doing random speeds and not following the remote , warranty experience was also decent & all others are running good . 1 small observation is if you set fan speed at 1 at night sometimes you lightly hear the bearing , if you are sensitive to sound that may bother a bit.
