The ultimate early 2000s song. There were many hits, but this one was that much of a blockbuster, that it's hard to even absorb it to this day. Timeless.
Jesus is just a human being and messenger . Human being like me and you . Jesus did not know the unseen, Jesus did not know the Hour, Jesus could not do anything on his own, Jesus was sent by God, Jesus was praying to God Jesus is not God or the son of God Jesus is a man, mortal . Islam is the true religion, Islam is the religion of monotheism ❤️ Christianity is a pagan religion
@@imyourfriend1680 In Christianity there are gods like the pagans. In Islam, there is only one God. God in Islam does not give birth or be born, and there is no similar to Him. I invite you to Islam and to worship the one true living God without mediators. Jesus is not God or the son of God

I was more of a Nickelodeon/Cartoon Network kinda kid growing up but it's songs like this that used to be in rotation on channels like Disney that make me agree with what Raven Simone said, which is that Disney BACK THEN had some of the best soundtracks, songs and theme songs. This is dangerously nostalgic. Its sooo special to have been a kid during an era of pop music like this🩷😭
I'm glad Natasha didn't even try to hide her pregnant belly and decided to do the video anyways. Now most of the comments are about her, she made this video iconic and as always she owned the song with her amazing voice 💙😍
Sorry, but you like it for nostalgia value. Because it reminds you of better times when you were a kid, when life was more simpler and happier. But there nothing good about this in terms of music quality. This just the trashiest and worst version of a song that was created in 1967. The lyrics and and the melody are timeless, but it's not this ridiculous version that makes it timeless. I see so many millenials praising 90's and 200's music when, in truth, the 90's and the 2000's had some of the worst music sinkers of all time in terms of quality, this one being just one case. Those were was the decades when producers took over the music industry, and replace the music artists and vocalists with entertainers - picked up girls and guys with pretty faces and hot boddies that could barely sing, knew nothing about making music and couldn't even play an instrument to save their lifes. This is just trash music. The equivalent of food food.
Never give up Yeah Never give up The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one I'm not the kinda girl Who gives up just like that Oh no It's not the things you do that tease and hurt me bad But it's the way you do the things you do to me I'm not the kinda girl who gives up just like that Oh no The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one Number one (my number one) Number one (number one) Every girl wants you to be her man But I'll wait right here 'til it's my turn I'm not the kinda girl who gives up just like that Oh no The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one (the tide is high) The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one Number one (my number one) Number one Every time that I get the feeling You give me something to believe in Every time that I got you near me I know the way that I want it to be But you know I'm gonna take my chance now I'm gonna make it happen somehow And you know I can take the pressure A moment's pain for a lifetime's pleasure Every girl wants you to be her man But I'll wait right here 'til it's my turn I'm not the kinda girl who gives up just like that Oh no (not gonna let go) The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one The tide is high, but I'm holding on I'm gonna be your number one Every time that I get the feeling You give me something to believe in Every time that I got you near me I know the way that I want it to be But you know I'm gonna take my chance now I'm gonna make it happen somehow And you know I can take the pressure A moment's pain for a lifetime's pleasure The tide is high, but I'm holding on
But realistically, if you immediately transported back in time to the 90's with no way back you wouldn't like it. You've become too attached to your creature comforts, like social media and streaming services. Only cool people like me would be able to completely let those things go
First time I ever heard this song was on the Lizzie McGuire movie and I heard it in the pharmacy for the first time since then and it just put the biggest smile on my face, I had to listen to it again. Such a wholesome, nostalgic song mayn
I knew as a young child in the late 90s and early 2000s that the rumour was Natasha being pregnant in the music video. I never actually noticed it until today and it makes me so happy that she didn’t shy away from doing the video because of her pregnancy. I also love that she was OK with showing skin in the music video despite the fact she was pregnant and not shying away knowing that people might discriminate against her.
So true... ppl wud start cribbing just abt the fact that she wore a crop top and she is dancing blah blah... why cant u mind ur business she is strong and confident to pull it up so she is duin it its that simple... Anyways I just love this song...Stay safe.
Gosh used to listen to this song with my sister when I was like 9. Time pass so fast and so many things changes. My sister is now married and has two kid and I'm in my last university year. Childhood memories. It was defintely the best time before smartphones and internet
I barely caught the greatness of the 90's I was born in 1996 but my childhood practically was influenced by lots of 90's music, the 2000's through 2014 wasn't so bad. Everything just went up in flames in 2019. im 27 years old and I wish I can go back in time to these days.
I am a 90's kid. There are alot of talented and amazing singers and musicians in the current generation. But sadly they don't get enough attention compared to mediocre ones who depends on shock value rather than thier music.
