Welcome to the Raman General Software "OptoskySpectra_For_Raman_V3.0.30" ! Here’s a quick overview of its features.
First, connect the probe. This includes the optical fibers for laser output and signal return, the spectrometer switch, the black power cord, and the purple data cable. Ensure everything is connected properly to the power supply and computer. Today, we’re using acetonitrile as our sample.
Start the software by inserting the dongle and USB drive, which contains the software. Open the Raman General Software-this is the main interface. You can choose between single or continuous collection, set laser power and integration time, and select data types such as raw data or baseline corrected data.
The software offers three collection modes:
Quick Collection: Uses one dark background for an entire batch of samples.
Accurate Collection: Takes a dark background for each sample.
High-Definition Collection: Preheats the laser before collecting the sample.
Set the parameters and click "Collect" to start. After collection, you’ll see the spectrum.
For peak detection, set the conditions and thresholds, then click "Peak Detection." If the spectrum is inaccurate, perform wavenumber calibration. Collect a spectrum of a standard sample, adjust the pixel points, and save the settings.
To save data, click "Save," choose the path, confirm, and save. To view historical data, click "History" or find more under "More."
The ATR7010 in-situ reaction process Raman spectrum analyzer is a probe-based Raman spectrum quantitative analyzer, which can monitor the content and changes of each component in the reaction process system anytime, as well as the crystal form transformation during the crystallization process. This is known as Process Analytical Technology (PAT).
In scientific research institutes, chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises, it can be used in the research and development design, process development, and production of chemical reactions. By detecting the Raman spectrum of the components in the reaction system and performing quantitative analysis anytime, it can track the change process of key materials and help users understand the reaction process accurately, determine and optimize key process parameters, improve product quality, and achieve efficient, safe, and stable scale-up production.
The ATR7010 is an in-situ Raman spectrometer with breakthrough features newly developed by Optosky in response to market demand. It adopts a cooled high-sensitivity CCD, giving the instrument good environmental adaptability. It features an optimized design of a high-temperature-resistant long rod Raman probe, making it ideal for corporate production and laboratory research.
Applications of the ATR7010 include bio catalysis and enzymatic catalysis, polymorph identification, flow chemistry, polymerization reactions, biological process monitoring, hydrogenation reactions, synthesis reactions, chemical synthesis, and crystallization processes.
