A Flutter is not always regular. If there is variable conduction, you will not always get the same conduction ratio, sometimes it'll be in a pattern like 4:1,2:1,4:1,2:1 and other times it's regular like 4:1. The important distinction is the presence of multiple, regular p-waves (flutter waves).
Hello, actually the severity of artythmia determine complications.. so not necessarily flutter have to be worst or fib is better.. u have to maintain a gud lifestyle weight diabetes and blood pressure in control to help prevent complications like stroke.. gud luck with the recovery
