Atrial Flutter can be irregular with variable conduction ratio. Also, atrial fibrillation can be regular if there is a third degree AV-B with a ventricular escape. In this case it will be a regular Atrial Fibrillation. Also just a tip, when you mention that the QRS is upright you must specify in which lead. It must me upright in lead I II III AVF either V3 or V4 and V5 V6. It should be negative in AVR and it doesn’t matter the deflection in AVL. All of this depending on the axis. Other than that, nice video

Why was i not given medication for AFLUTTER, is it because its not life threatening ?

If you have persistent a-flutter over and extended time and you are not on anticoagulation therapy then you risk having a stroke as blood clots can form in the heart's left atrial appendage (LAA) and break loose and travel to the brain.
