chocolate chip is not good for melting because its meant to stay hard (set) for baking cookies or chocolate bar. Never microwave because microwave will burn it because it hardens the inside first than the outside (compare to oven). Best and easy is to warm a heavy cream and once it starts heating up, pour it to the chocolate chips and wait for it to almost melt then stir. Now you have ganache that you can set or make chocolate cups.
Okay lg Yan mommy Tetay practice makes perfect.❤😂😂.kunting practice ulit at ma peperfect mo na.kahit ano pa yan sure they gonna love it.kasi. Lovable ang gumawa❤❤❤
Remedy po jan put some veg oil gradual lang try muna 2 tbsp until maging runny konti. Kaya sya ganyan Overheated un chocolate, dapat di rin lalapat ung bowl sa boiling water. And pwedeng may liquid un bowl na nilagyan ng chocolate.pero mukang wala naman so over heated sya. Same sa microwave pag mag melt try 10sec lang then mix balik ulit another 10sec until makuha na un melt nya. HappyBaking!
I use the same choc chip from Costco…I haven’t tried to melt it like you do (I use a different “baking” chocolate for that). Perfect yan pang topping sa brownies. Kahit 45 mins baking time…nde p din natutunaw, it makes a good topping 😊 Similar to a KFC brownies (not sure if meron p ding ganun) Masarap din yan mix sa pancake and banana muffin.
Gotta have some cream in the bow where you'll melt your morsels and make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the boiling water so the bowl should have a wider bottom so it would just sit on the pot's rim. The butter is added in the end.
