aha a blast from the past. this slows down the game (speed time everything). warp 1 is default, .9 is 10% slower etc. or you can speed it up. whether it makes sense depends on your driving and monitor setup. imo i think they tweaked it a bit but 4 years ago it was very useful to slow it down a bit. these days i dont see the need to
