ATS Happy Trails is the first project of ATS under Homekraft banner. Project is located in Sector 10 Greater Noida West and is a corner plot. The construction of the project is almost over and is in the stage of finishing works. The Central Park area of the project is very beautifully developed and is a treat for the eyes. As per the information received very soon possession process will start in the project.

ATS me car parkings total covered hai sabhi flats ke liye ya open type ki bhi hai residents ke liye.

Covered parking hai. In fact bahut badi parking space hai basement and stilt m below podium. I have shown the parking area in some of my previous videos also. You can check them.

OC a gayi hai project ki on 21.04.2023. Ab registry start ho jayegi flats ki.

Hi, Just needs some information on Possession date. Some person In sales team saying that it will be given in a month and other saying in 2-3 months. Not sure when possession will be offered as OC is being applied in may, 2022 and till now no news on when OC will come and at the same time ample amount of authority dues are pending without which OC won’t come and possession can’t be offered. Waiting for OC and possession date. Any update on this would be appreciated. A house buyer in ATS Happytrails.

@@abhilawvlogs Not confirm December also... from last 2 months they are saying that OC will get another 10 days but almost two months completed but not got the OC....God Knows when they are going to give possession

@@kapil9971 True Kapil ji. Jab tak mil na jaye project nothing can be said. But yes the good part is that work is going good in the project. Hope OC is received soon.
