Large Potato-3 Or 50 Grams

Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Jaffna Curry Powder-1 Tbsp
1st & 2nd Coconut Milk-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
Water-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
Lime/Lemon to your taste
Atta/Wheat Flour-1 1/2 Cups Or 225 Grams
Salt to your taste
baking powder-1 Tsp
Water-3/4 Cup Or 180 ML
let the dough Rise for 3 to 4 Hours
Oil For Frying
