Does that mean a human should not have material desires? If there is no desire, then this development would not be done. Also today, we would not have been able to get this teaching that you are able to reach out to the deservable persons..with meager knowledge. In those days these teachings were given or passed to only 0.01% people. Its knowledge , and desire for material things, that the progress is reaching all.
I also had same doubt but through a devotee prabhuji I understood the detachment means to attach everything to Krishna. We are using all the material developements for Krishna consciousness then it's actually detachment not attachment. So we can think of material desires in service to Krishna. Correct me if I am wrong. Hare Krishna 🙏
