Could the traffic vehicles be in simplified traffic mode? That would explain why they're not deforming much from the guns.

They are, although I thought I was close enough for them to receive damage?

@@SimulatorAdventures Maybe, though these traffic variants have extremely simplified Jbeam from what I've read. So they probably received damage but it's just not super detailed or obvious.
