I'm so glad I found the channel . This is exactly what I need I've been struggling even trying to be able to use unreal engine and finally got a shadow account to use it but it's so overwhelming I don't know where to start. But I got my whole basement covered in green screens . Hoping I can retain something from your videos . Thank you :)
You're welcome! It can be overwhelming, start with something simple, don't go whole-hog into tracked cameras and such right away. Try doing a simple green screen composite without tracked cameras for a start. Also my unreal sample project is "relatively" simple and a good place to start.
@@GregCorson how much would you charge to help me set it up , like show me through team viewer / live how to use unreal engine to set my camera up for live tracking so I can see live composite in front of green screen. Would u offer this ?
I don't charge because I have a "real job" that takes up a lot of my time, so my availability is very limited. This is why I haven't been putting up as many videos lately as before, but I'm trying to get moving on that again. I would suggest you try walking through some of my setup tutorials and if you get stuck let me know and I'll try to help. Actually my VPStudio project is pretty much ready to go once you get video coming into unreal from your camera. Even if camera tracking isn't working yet, you should see some compositing going on right away.
To track the talent so they can go behind objects requires some things I haven't got setup yet. The main thing it needs is to not use composure and to put the talent's video on a billboard that moves where they move. This is fairly easy to do in Aximmetry but I haven't set it up in Unreal Engine yet so it may be awhile before I can do the tutorial you want.
