I know she had to be mad when someone got a Titan power because then she had to get a dusty looking Bucket and make 60m creatures by hand thats probably why she made some of them ugly just look at the fake ymir for example she looks like a goblin from one of those bad animated animes
It's all of the emotions of Ymir, she's the one who created the titans to begin with, and we find out that she's pretty on board with Eren wiping out everybody who threatens their people.
The wall titans, like other mindless titans, are made from Eldian people, and their faces reflect their last emotion before being turned. That's why Dina's face is smiling. This is not to say the Titans cannot express other emotions however, but it's that their "resting" face isn't neutral, but shows their last emotion as a human.
Well we’ve already been told that Fritz turned a lot of his people into wall titans to protect the island… so I think the different faces are because they are each different people.. kinda like how all the other titans look like the person they were before… & I think they are horrified on what they are being forced to do.. it’s kinda like that one scene where a survey corps girl is in the woods and finds a Titan trying to speak to her.. & that titan was trying so hard to stop it’s self from eating her but couldn’t stop.. & he was truly saddened after he killed her..
It reflects the individual Eldian's final expression before titanization. If you recall back in season 2, Bertholdt and Reiner transformed atop the wall and their expressions perfectly reflected their titan forms' faces. The millions of Eldians sacrificed to create the walls surely felt horror in their last moments, as they were turned into colossal titans - hence their facial expressions.
it was never confirmed, at least in the anime and from what i heard of the manga, that these titans were once human. They could just be an extension of the founding titan.
@@tx6961 Actually she was, in both the animation and manga. She was giving Grisha a loving embrace before being turned Though her titan's smile may have been exaggerated for shock effect
I picture the titans in the walls like soldiers after a long deployment, called back in for a hideous assignment. I believe that's PTSD shown on their eyes.
Some of the titans do have lips and different patterns of skin across their faces. The takeaway is while they COULD have made at least a few of them smile, they clearly intended that none were smiling.
"And then Eren gets swallowed alive, and gets his arm chopped off." "Wow, must be difficult surviving that one" "Actually it's gonna be super easy, barely an inconvenience"
one day I turned it on by accident and the thing is that my mom uses it as storage. A few minutes after that I started to catch a smell of melting plastic from the stuff that was in there lol
They were humans that got turned into mindless colossal titans by King fritz, it's explained multiple times. Ymir has to make titan bodies every time a titan, mindless or shifter, transforms.
@hawks7111 no bro, where did you get this, she only made the wall titans which have no people inside of then. They reflect her emotions while making them with sand and water
@derth9230 that is what I said? Just like all the shifter titan yamir made them? When she made the wall titans she made them expressing her emotions , can't prove this ofcourse its my theory as it's literally what we see in the scene when she is making them.
My theory is it’s the emotions the human had as they were being turned into a Titan. Example: when pixis started glowing he was kinda sad then his Titan had a depressed look on his face. When Dina was converted she was smiling at Grisha and her Titan has that distinct smile
Kinda but it's all pieces of erens emotions. Notice how when the little Indian kid is killed Eren is talking. It's the conversation with said kid. The titan that kicks the building and crushes the kid has a look of horror On its face. Cause it's Eren and he knows what he's about to do. Even the one that kills hanji has it. Erens in there.
There are no humans in all of that colossal titan but the their expression things reflect to Eren's emotion is somehow reasonable and being talked for so long, i genuinely thought it should be like that
Hmm, there are humans in these titans, but they simply have no free will of their own, and I guess, by that point, all that remains of the titans' human pilots is just the remains of the human's nervous system in the nape, and not an actual human body, just like in the Pure Titans.
@@The_republic_of_the_Philippine Okay? It could just be the way Ymir created them. As the first commenter said, no Titans reverted once Eren was defeated, which was something he definitely would’ve done or at least mentioned.
I think they were probably people at one point. Woken up and aware of what theyre doing. Thatd actually be horrifying. Stuck in a body you cant control, but you knew whats going on
Actually I don't think there are people in those titans Spoiler Alert As when the power of the titans ended all titan/Shifters became humans but the wall titans just vanished from existance
Let's be honest. The author doesn't want to draw millions of naked Eldians around the world after turning back into humans lol Like how Ymir was naked after 60 years being a Titan
When they became humans they fell a great distance because the Titan forms instantly vanished unlike regular because the power of the Titan's died with the founder and they didn't decompose like normal. They just kind of disappeared so the people inside fell over 200 mi and went splat
Shocking how many ppl can't see what it is. kinda but no. It's all pieces of erens emotions. Notice how when the little Indian kid is killed Eren is talking. It's the conversation with said kid. The titan that kicks the building and crushes the kid has a look of horror On its face. Cause it's Eren and he knows what he's about to do. Erens in there.
No she didn’t lmao, it’s literally been shown that Karl Fritz came wayyy after Ymir and the first Fritz. The colossals were created when the younger Fritz fled to Paradis lmao
1. There aren't any humans inside of those titans 2. those aren't colossal titans, but wall titans 3. it's not called "march" it's called "the rumbling"
You cant came out if you're dead. They are probably humans that have been turned into mindless but enhanced titans with no will to eat so they can fully obey to their master, and with the collossal titan abilities and body. That is also logic to make mindless titans from humans in order to create a wall, as it would be cruel to still have a mind when locked in there.
Most of the colossal Titans facial structure is the hard bone stuff. Best guess is that thats the face they had originally being turned into a titan by the king initially, and it just fused like that. Especially easy to consider because of how hardening makes it really hard to move pretty much anything
If you watch the last episode, you’ll notice it keeps cutting to the face of a singular colossal titan, which is the same one that was revealed at the end of season 1, it has the same eyes & face as that one Titan when the wall breaks a bit to show that there are titans within the walls
I love the fact that when the titan curse ended, those titans just turned back into humans from hundred of years who were just responsable for killing 80% of humanity lol
Maybe it’s the last emotion they felt before they turned into titans. Like how Dina Fritz was smiling when she turned and her pure-titan form had a permanent smile
Man this was exactly my thoughts when I saw the rumbling titans expression. Leaning more towards Eren's feelings due to how the episode played out though. This story is just so tragic.
That's an interesting take on this particular scene of atot. I noticed how their faces did have so many different expressions but I never tied it to erens emotions. Seeing as he was in control it makes sense that his feelings would be displayed on the titans face.
Truth is it’s portraying the emotions of the people who got turned into them the moment they got turned like a snap shot of their face forever stuck like that unchanging
Headcannon of mine: The regular titans' facial expressions are basically the last facial expression they made on human form before being forced to transform.
If we take as example Dina Fritz but also other titans, their last Emotions and thoughts before beeing turned into a titan, influenced a lot the titan behaviour and expression. Since the people that were used to make the walls were probably all forced by the king, some looking angry before transforming is normal.
If you notice in a couple scenes on the last episode Everytime Eren destroyed something it went back to the titans face with his eyes closed like eren had. It's just things to piece together
