My best friend was the biggest aot fan, but sadly he passed away right before the 2 final parts were released. He never got to the Rumbling in action and the amazing finale. One of my biggest regrets in life, will be not experiencing the finale of the series we watched together for close to 10 years, with him.

AOT ending was satisfying enough to end it off but to call it a masterpiece means it is perfect when it wasn't. There will never be another anime/manga like AOT ever or for a very long time at least. But you can't ignore that Yams face planted at the finish line.

Es ist wirklich bloß eine plumpe Anspielung auf das Werk, dessen Originatitel ich hier auch nicht nennen will. 2. Der Titel bezieht sich darauf, dass Eren diesen Abschnitt des Konfliktes selbst begonnen hat und als solchen für sich moralisch vertritt. Insofern handelt es sich um eine Gegenüberstellung des gerechtigkeitsliebenden und friedensuchenden Eren den wir aus den ersten Staffeln kennen, gegenüber dem Eren, der er seit der Berührung mit Historia bei der Ordensverleihung ist. 3. (Und diese Version halte ich für am wahrscheinlichsten:) Der Titel ist aus der Sicht aller Hauptcharaktere geschrieben und verdeutlicht Erens Gesinnungswandel seit der Berührung Historias bei der Ordensverleihung, und was er für alle Teilhabenden bedeutet. In dem surrealen Gespräch mit Armin gesteht Eren, dass Freiheit seiner Meinung nach (nurnoch) darin bestünde, seinen Kampf, und seine Motive für diesen, selber wählen zu können. Aber ich weiß jetzt nicht wer diese Version des Liedtexts aufgeschrieben hat und ob es wirklich das original ist. Also könnte es da auch nen Fehler geben. Außerdem: wow, dein zweiter Kommentar zur Frage des Titels des letzten OP ist echt gut durchgedacht. Viele dieser Aspekte sind mir neu. Ich finde die Frage nur interessant, da ein großer Teil der Serie verdammt viele deutsche Kulturaspekte einfließen lassen hat. Ich meine: die Städte innerhalb der Mauern sind immerhin mit einer deutschen Siedlung als Inspiration entwickelt worden. Ich muss schon sagen, ich musste fast lachen als ich die letzte Staffel angefangen habe und es auf einmal um die Unterdrückung einer Gruppe an Menschen ging, die Armbinden tragen mussten als Erkennungszeichen etc. Da hatte ich bezweifelt, dass genau in dieser Staffel der Name des Intros kein Zufall sein kann

The cannibalism and self harm are disgusting for sure. My least favorite part of the series. But it has one of the strongest stories I've ever seen in an anime.

For my story, i am simply ignoring the anime thinking "its just some popular anime many people love" but one day, my curiosity got the best of me and watched its first episode. Until that moment, i never stopped watching. One of my greatest decisions in my life, now i am rewatching it again (i didn't really got to see a portion of the ending parts, specifically the rumbling since the application i was watching this AoT on has it as premium, rendering me from watching the newer episodes that time.). So now i am not only rewatching it again, but completing it! Already on Season 3, its an amazing experience.

@@adrianotalavera9474 apparently the 1 hour+ specials were broken up into episodes and airred in Japan so they had their own openings that were not on the actual 1 hour specials

Wow, this is truly the anti-popular opinion. Everyone says it was their favorite anime until the ending, but you're saying you didn't like it as much until the ending.

FINale...The power to leave an impact many years after the thing took place, stays with you, influences you, throughout all of ur life even. These are the things that should- that i look at when thinking about something like this. Not that fairy tale trope of: oh did i feel good in the moment afterwards & did my feelings not get sad whatsoever cause it all went to my desires, everyone lives, its all better now. I agree with you, i know all these things ive talked about & that aot succedes in all of them. Compared to a show, a good show even say, ill like it- the ending too it'll be fine, feel good; but after its over i wont remember it; the impact & thoughts wont come anywhere close to something like Attack on Titan

And its just that for me, even if some guy is crying that it didnt go all his way which that he wanted; everyone's got an asshole & an opinion asthey say& i can say that I know what i like

season 4 wasn't bad though I did like studio WIT better (the studio that adapted season 1-3) peaking in season 3 is facts. if wit did season 4 the show would be nutty but it would have released in 2030 or something lamo

@@yourboi1842 MAPPA did much better than WIT could, imo. WIT's are good, but MAPPA managed to hit much closer to the manga with titan designs and overall style.
