Edit: The spin that happened after the tyre blew has been edited out, as Nürburgring, for reasons I do not understand, had a problem with it. Even though there was no personal injury and only minor material damage. So remember, kids: The Nürburgring Nordschleife is completely safe and nothing bad ever happens there. Ever.
My sixth flying lap in the LP1200. Attempting to set a benchmark laptime, running only around 900bhp due to the extreme heat. The track conditions were also pretty bad (+52°C track temp), but the lap still felt good and traffic was light for a track day. Unfortunately we went to aggressive with the rear camber. I did what I could to keep it off the wall, but did grace it, smashing the splitter and causing light damage to the carbon hood.
