Attempt to remove Eyeball Light 

If you can't remove the bulbs through the front there normally fire rated and you have to take the whole fitting out the ceiling

THE DESIGN IS FUCKING RIDICULOUS

Change the smoke alarm while you're at it.

Soon as I herd the smoke alarm go off I new right then they ain’t got this.

Did you figure it out in the end? I'm having the same problem 😂😂😭😭. Update: I figured it out for mine finally. When you tilt the bulb upwards, the side yorue tilting upwards try grabbing the edge from the inside (fingers not towards to bulb) and just pull it down holding it from the inside. The tilting mechanism tilts more than it lets off. Once the entire frame is pulled out youll see the socket the bulb is connected to. All you have to do then is push and twist holding the bulb and socket to unlock it and take it out.

I finally pried the whole junky thing out of the ceiling with malice. I'll replace it with something superior.

You have to push it in and turn counterclockwise to release the bulb GU10

Screwdriver pry the housing the light is in to one side there are tabs with divits holding it in place.

I figured it out use a flathead on opposite sides of the outer circle to push in and pull the fixture down halfway. Slightly twist the bottom portion and pull it out of the fixture

Guy who mounted this must be prouder then punch 😊 haha

Just saw a video on this, turn the outer ring counter-clockwise!

Remove entire fixture from ceiling...then replace the bulb

What a useless clip, just stick some tape on the bulb and twist anti clockwise
