The wig cap/fishnets to do sfx/mermaid makeup actually works really well, but much better when you tap/blot on the powder over it rather than rub/brush. Just depends on how defined you want the lines and how fine of a mesh you use

I’ve actually seen the almond trick but it’s not for eyeliner it’s for putting the oil on your lashes and your eyebrows to help promote growth.. I think it was ancient Egyptians that used to use burnt corks for eyeliner. My favorite make up RU-vid channel. She does ancient times/old beauty hacks.
