I just got a hard case from harbor freight and I cut the foam out

in your opinion, should I get the 550mah batteries or the 650mah batteries?

I use a cnhl 650mah battery and a rline 550mah 95c battery the 550 95c is the best battery I have tryed in the Pavo 20
