this ! it all comes down to your skin and complexion. if you have "textured skin" you will never achieve the clean girl look. same for complexion and pimentation. even if your skin is toned, its game over if you have dark circles
My tips are: Foundation, Concealer under eyes, I don’t do any blush (I know it’s sad) no eyebrow gel, curl eyelashes, mascara, and lipgloss -Coming from a certified clean girl
