90% of the people on this server are complete ass at RP. They act like its warzone and kill every chance they get. I have put 15 hours into this city and have not had one genuine RP moment. Just randomly getting killed by strangers with no dialogue or anything.

This is the flaw with all these rp things. Either they're unmoderated and you get griefed or they're moderated and the mods are power tripping. Gta online vanilla is still the best.
