Attending, Empathy, and Observation Skills in Counseling 

I would have watched more than just the 3v and a b, but I have this class tonight and don't want to go beyond trying to understand what I am reading in my homework chapter on my own. So thank you.

I think consciousness is the ACT of being aware in the moment, and not all the things that we TELL ourselves about the moment. That to me would be more of an opinion of what is actually going on. It explains the significance of phenomenological perspectives and why they differ from person to person given the exact same set of circumstances.

i am doing a counseling course at the moment, and this is very much the information i needed. it is on point with exactly, or more than we have covered during the class sessions so far. it pretty much straight forward due to the explanatory procedure which was undertaken.
