@@kiabtoomlauj6249 If you watch again, the news says the cops went to the WRONG apartment, meaning the disturbance or whatever complaint made by a citizen calling was for A DIFFERENT apartment entirely, so the cops erroneously tried to make contact with the man they shot entirely. I’d be curious what reason the police give that they felt compelled to force entry in the first entry and what exactly the citizen said on their complaint call that justified potentially forcing entry? Also how they ended up at the wrong apartment.. the cops responding error or dispatch or the caller?

Cops didn't break down the door, the man opened it. It's clear in the body cam footage. Still the cop failed to properly announce himself from the beginning, he banged then hid off to the side like a creep. Cop got scared when the man legally answered the door with a gun down by his side and the cop started blasting away. Cop should be charged and sent to prison for murder.

What CRIME are you accusing the officer of? What EVIDENCE do YOU have to support that charge? Once someone is charged, they are entitled to a speedy trial. If you don't have enough evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, they will be acquitted. And protections against double jeopardy will prevent the acquitted from EVER being charged for the alleged offense again, no matter how much evidence you come up with later, even if they admit to it. That's how the two Democrats who murdered Emmett Till got off. After they were acquitted, they sold their story to Look magazine for the equivalent of about $50,000 in 2024 dollars, making money off of admitting they murdered him. I watched the body cam footage, he did announce himself after the second knock. But Fortson opened the door and the cop just started blasting. Didn't even attempt to tell him to drop the weapon.
