Attorneys either don't know or don't care about the right to record in public. This video shows two attorneys outside of the Inns of Court meeting that is attended by public court judges, and it shows a meeting on " predictive AI " for the courts that was attended by government attorneys, professors from Santa Clara University law school and proseuctors - all who were uncomfortable with our recording and questions.
We press lawyers and judges as it matters to folks trying to access the courts where they are entitled to fair hearings and due process. Due process means judges not concealing conflicts of interest with the attorneys in a case.
Attorneys who resist , blacklist or retaliate against jouralists are similar to cops who arrest journalists recording them on the street. Which is why we need more of it!
