HOW TO GET A TRO AND INJUNCTION IN A LEGAL CASE
Here is a great VINTAGE video from the Attorney Steve® foreclosure warrior series that discusses foreclosure injunctions and TRO (temporary restraining orders).
Years ago, our firm helped homeowners seek and obtain injunctions in California (to stop the illegal sale of their real estate).
This video will discuss the process, which is very similar to what a business or individual would want to do, to obtain a TRO/Injunction in federal court (ex. for a copyright or trademark infringement case). For more detailed information about Rule 65, click on the link above.

Hey steve , my local general jurisdiction is accepting TRO after TRO in separate actions . Have you seem thos on yne rise ?

I am over 18 years of age, and I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein. I make this declaration in support of Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application for Entry of Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (“Application”). If called upon to do so, I could and would competently testify to the following facts set forth below. 2. In making this declaration, I represent the collective effort of a team of researchers for, including myself, who conducted an investigation to determine if the identified Defendants were and/or are currently offering for sale and/or selling Infringing Products and whether each of the identified Defendants will ship and/or has actually shipped Infringing Products to the United States, including customers specifically located in Pennsylvania. I used the plaintiff’s picture on Amazon to create a lawsuit. What should I do? I am a Chinese seller and I cannot find an American lawyer. I hope you can help me explain? Thank you!

Thank You. Maybe I have time to Amend since it's not yet filed as my Fee Waiver will first be evaluated....I left out the Memorandum and Points of Authority, Title tho law is referenced. But it sounds like the rest may be intact. This is related to a Bank not honoring my Power of Attorney and nonstop foreclosures of family investments, etc. and one upcoming!
