These public figures are being allowed to pay off victims to keep their name clear when they commited federal crimes? No. If they commited criminal crimes the governments responsibility is to indict these people whether or not they paid off the victim. They at least need to indict the ones on tapes, in pictures, etc. there were minors involved. No way you can just pay them off and get away free. I don’t care about their status and power, they commited federal crimes!!!!!!

The solution would be to stop listening to music stop watching movies stop supporting these people since we don't know exactly who was there. If everyone would turn their backs on these people they would not be famous but it won't happen because people are so enamored with these people who they see on tv.

@@ritaflores613 exactly. I haven't watched a movie in years no lie. I just feel like little by little God is shifting my focus away from these people. I don't mind because back then I used to be so angry and I would listen to rap music as an adult and get the urge to start dancing and rapping along and embarrassing my kids so I'm glad it's all behind me and I am more at ease and mature now.
Its a disgrace that Celebrities can just pay out money which they can afford and wont miss! And in doing so avoid any criminal charges of complicity and enabling sexual assaults! I totally understand the victims, as money is something they can rebuild their lives and dignity with. But, the public desrves to know who these celebrities are.....as the people are, and will still be shoveling money into their bank accounts by buying records, eatching movies! So its the people paying for the sexual compensation and not even knowing which celebrities are getting away free from real Justice! 🧐
It's partially the money, but the victims are also trying to keep their own name out of the public eye. It's basically... Both parties can stay anonymous and it's very easy to settle for $500,000 or so. Or they both go public and the costs increase to millions because now the celebrities is paying lawyers to fight back and slander your name in public to make you seem like a grifter and a liar instead of a victim.
What hsppens if the celebrities who are settling privately are on the tapes thst the Feds have?? Is it still kept quiet or can they be used in the Feds trial?
@darkcharmrecords if they were just there the lawyer wouldn't have them up on criminal charges so would be nothing to settle or a reason to send them a letter . Hundreds of people were there innocently... but a good point but is there really anyone we haven't already seen on the tapes .. tons of innocent people.
The government may never prosecute even if celebrities are on the tapes. The government never prosecuted the names in Epstein’s little name book.. so I doubt they will

NDAs are totally pointless if there is a criminal activity going on. The idea is to protect ones reputation with NDA. But if there is a crime involved then there is issue
Why are the victim settling? I wish they wasn’t because justice is better. With their names out it will protect more people expose the horrific entertainment industry finally and set a lot of people free. It’s up to them what they do, but I’m so disappointed..

Surely the Lawyers bringing these civil suits are obligated and required to hand over details of those that settled, these are crimes! It reduces the credibility of the alleged victims if all they want is money.

We all need to boycott music and movies and their social media presences how about that? If we ignore them they wouldn't be famous. People that settle were not really angry about what happened, they do not really feel it was wrong.. They are looking for a payday. When it comes to being assaulted sexually, if one really feels it was forced, no amount of money would keep you from coming forward publicly....

Once u pay money u r indirectly admitting guilt and u open the doors for prosecution of rape. The state and the Feds can bring the charges. U have to fight if u r not guilty.
That is not right yes you can privately keep the victims for being revealed, but celebrities should be called out for what they've done so people know who they are they're just trying do not be exposed, that is not right they should be exposed, for all the hurt and damage that they cause people especially children.
