She was always really good in Ongoing builds to hide from Enchantress, too, though primarily Ongoing decks haven't been popular for a while.

You can put down IW and then put down your Cerebro, Kazar, Blue Marvel, Onslaught, Wong, Mystique, etc. behind her so that if they do use Enchantress, they have to hit IW and can’t hit the ones you are hiding. It protects your OTHER Ongoing cards from Enchantress which is why they mentioned Ongoing decks specifically.

@@daethe No, you have taken this away from the person you were replying to. They said IW protects your ongoing from an Enchantress, you’re the one that said it screams counter me and referring to Discard decks, which was never the case. The fact of the matter is, if I have an IW with a Cerebro hidden and you play Enchantress, you are only hitting the IW and my Cerebro is safe unless you dedicate more resources. Therefore what PenitusVox said is true. You have now completely deviated from IW being the conversation to “ongoing cards can be countered”. At no point was it said the IW stops Enchantress completely or is untouchable, nor was it said the IW is the best card to use to protect your Ongoing cards. All that was said was “IW can be used in an ongoing deck to protect your cards from an Enchantress” and you seem to have taken offense or have some kind of deep seated hatred for Sue. If my opponent has to spend Enchantress and and another card to stop me, that’s better for me than just Enchantress on T6 w/o IW, guaranteeing they clear my abilities. In a card game like this, resources matter. If they are using Odin on Enchantress than it means they may not be using it on their White Panther, Silver Surfer, Hazmat, Gambit, etc. You are also speaking as if I wouldn’t also have turns to make other plays. They played Enchantress and exposed my stuff? Now I can play Goose to stop Odin, or Cosmo (the better version of IW in the context of protecting your Ongoing cards) to stop any further Reveals.

I mean, yes. Like 40% of my matches are bots right now. It is very important to identify them early, it should be a heuristic for everyone to ask this question at the start of each game.

But yeah the combo is rough at times, doesnt give the best winrates. But its a cool combo regardless

I guess he countered Phoenix Force up untill last stand. He couldn’t control it anymore leading to Wolverine killing Jean Grey. But it is thematically fitting for Prof X to supress Pheonix Force. 10/10 interaction.

Definitely Shuri, like turn 2 or 3 you play invisible woman, turn 4 play Shuri (not in the same field with invisible woman), turn 5 play Taskmaster (same field with invisible woman), turn 6 play Destroyer (in the same field with Shuri) Destroyer gonna have 30 power and destroy Shuri and invis woman, then Taskmaster gonna copy Destroyer power

At the very least it is a bit thematic

This just isn’t true. You need to read up more on the bots in this game.
