Well if you think about it if that was a plus 10 emblem Ike then if you had 1 hp left , via any other means like another merge or a boost in defense , then eirika would have turned that into a win.
I hate how Feh’s gone out of its way to make most of the lords come off as one dimensional as possible (Eirika being a big example here). They’re really starting to go back to Fates writing, and it’s sad.
Yeah even outside of that you legitimately get such amazing dialogue as my name is X member of X group. We can read that from their bio tell me about them as a character. Then again until remasters come out i have no means to buy most of their games and pay IS money for it. And with how powercreep is playing favorites is depressing. Tobin and Kliff are some of my favorite characters. I'm not using them in feh for obvious reasons.
That's what happens when the game has no intention of elevating the cast in any way. FEH's writing is a joke compared to... any other gacha really, though my main comparisons are always FGO, Dragalia, Blue Archive, Priconne, etc.
So very few of the recent units since....... yeah. Like legitimately if you don't have DR piercing like when i came back a few months ago forget about player phasing. (Like seriously my V!Palla is useless until I get no quarter on her. I recently got the fodder but realizing how essential it is is keeping me from using it.) And if you aren't one of the omni tanks forget about enemy phasing. Legitimately staff users got me through to getting the new units with dazzling debuffs. But lmao since then its gotten so crazy i scrapped my plan to have a dedicated staff user.
@@thewerewolflounge3109 Ok if you want more options off the top of my head i know Emblem marth Summer gullveig Attuned micaiah Essentially either any unit with a phantom spd effect of their own and higher base speed or any unit that can live the first hit Her defenses aren't exactly top tier and given she is axe she is susceptible to the slight difference of WTD by any sword. Essentially this is brave marth but axe and some different effects, for example she lacks any sort of null follow up negation but she has anti guard She makes up for it by having better defenses and NCR. Essentially harken can unironically be a better vantage unit solely because he has brave effects thanks to NCRE.
Also major props to fallen lloyd that man can definitely do it with a proper kit. if he has potent he can replicate how emblem marth deals with her he is like one of the only units able to legit run laguz friend + gust He can stack speed tremendously with very little investment fucking love that guy.
