Actually this interview is unlawful considering the case against the respondent of vhong's complaint is already filed in the court that this may have subject to sub judice contempt. Any legal matter that has become under the jurisdiction of the court should not be discussed in any public interview that can create trial by publicity in which only the court has the right to handle for the judicial determination of the case.
