No worries man. WDIG is one of my least liked tracks from Ateez too, and I've heard their entire discography. It falls in my bottom 10 anyways, which is kind of crazy because I do still very much vibe with it. I don't skip any Ateez song ever, not just because they are my fave but because they are all a vibe, but this one just sits lower for me because everything else they have is just elevated.

The beats/instrumentals in ateez songs are crazy! In Dune, you can hear how the beat is higher for Hongjoong and then it gets even lower for Mingi, it's crazy
yay thank you for uploading it! 24:13 i guess it's official, hongjoong is your bias lol (fav out of the group, having a bias doesn't mean you don't like other memebrs, it just means you like that bias a bit more) fun lil fact about sector 1, in the end of answer MV (which was released in 2020) you can hear the intro of sector 1 and i went crazy bc after 2 years they finally decided to release it! i was like PLEASE WHAT IS THIS MELODY? and they left us hangin for 2 years, but worth it for the lore tbh. btw at the end of the ring they quoted/got inspired by lord of the rings! "one ring to rule them all, one ring to bring them all"

As someone who IS into the singing aspects of music, this album absolutely floored me and had me shedding real actual tears. The way they used their voices in these songs, the melodies and harmonies, the power that burst out of them like never before, it is incredible! That said, something that I realized while watching this reaction is that a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE amount of the love of this album for ATINY is the live performances of these songs! Cyberpunk performance changed lives, my friend. Ended lives too. MAD BOUNTIES for all of them! For entire continents of ATINY, Cyberpunk became ~the song~. And check out New World live performance, they OPEN the show with that epic theater! Ah! I could go on! I'm a big fan of singing vocals, progressive metal, and electronic music especially synthwave - all of this is packed gloriously into this album! So no wonder I'm drooling when talking about it. A couple of the songs took me a few listens to fully appreciate. Maybe that will be the case for you too. Please, even if not for a reaction video, watch the live performances from this album. :) Peace!
Cyberpunk is hands down my favorite song. I seem to never get tired of it and it’s topped my playlist for a long time now. All the songs on this album are personal favorites not counting WDIG (it is good, but not a favorite). In concert, these songs DESTROY. The Ring is… WOW. Seonghwa goes full demon mode and the DOMINATES crowd.
Honestly being at the concert for this album was INSANE!!! I’ve never screamed and jumped so much in my life!, honestly we must have sounded like a cult the way the fan chants and bass were going off 😂😂

Bc yeah, some songs can sound annoying, some songs can remind you of others , especially if you have bn listening to a lot of music or you're much older (like me 😅), it's a matter of perspective n opinion, ppl need not be quick to react in defence. My fav B-side is The Ring. It is such a hype song. Experiencing it live in concert - I'm not okayyy I'm not okayyy! In a good way 😂 Do check out concert footage from fans on the tour. Also, bbtrippin, who choreographs most of ateez's tracks and joins them on tour, had posted the choreo vid of the song on their official youtube. Next in preference is New World. Seonghwa and Jongho are my biases (really I usually say they are all my bias because the entire team is so talented and multifaceted), however just like you, the minute I hear Hongjoong on the track I’m absurdly invested Lolol It’s something about his voice, the tone and his cadence, that draws people’s attention like a moth to a flame.

In kpop, a lot of us have a type. Personally I always find myself biasing the Leader and the Oldest/or the "Mom & Dad of the Group" idk it just always happens with me T-T (bts jin and namjoon, skz- lee know and chan, ateez- seonghwa & hongjoong, got7- jinyoung and jayb) and they are almost always Vocalist & Rapper duos for me. So you can bias anyone (Duo, trio whatever) in the group or like lots of us, be wrecked daily by the rest of the group T-T. It doesn't matter that much. As long as you respect the whole group and remember 8 makes 1 team (not directed at you tk, just giving you a heads up cause lots of "atinys" will say they stan Ateez but aren't ot8 or care for some members and forget the others). 8 means a lot to Ateez, 8 means family.

Like Mingi wrote Youth 2/3yrs ago and was asked who he wanted to sing it with and he said it had to be Yunho’s voice. They prob already done w/songs for next album lol I did see that s/t when unsure how to arrange it, all members record the song and then they decide who sings what lyrics. But search ATEEZ Kingdom Legendary War variety show episodes, YT has a playlist and watch how Wonderland (sym #9) and Answer (Ode to Joy) was created- I do suggest you listen to both orig songs 1st ……..it’s fucking mind blowing to get to see a little of how Hongjoon’s mind works! 🤯 plus the other songs they mix or perform during the show! You won’t regret it!! 🔥 little fyi tho, Mingi isn’t in it b/c he was taking a break at that time Sorry this was a lot 😂 but I watched 3 of your vid reactions and you seem genuinely into them & kingdom ended me, like thought about it for days after then rewatched it
I know what you mean, i have aleays wanted to see them film their recording sessions! If you really like hongjoong he has a couple cover songs he has done. He did numb by Linkin park and also a song called lemon tree! He always adds his own twist to it and they are so good i think youll like them.
