I see a guy in the parade forgot his instrument and they made him march with the band anyway. lol Embarrassing little procession-- no one in the parade seems top want to be there. It would make more sense if the idols they are carrying had handles that were 90 degrees from the platform so the people carrying the icons on a platform didn't have to walk on the flowers but instead, they could walk on each side of the flowers with only the idol floating over the flowers, which I assume are to represent water. Fireworks with no color at all? Funeral march w/musicians off-key... Is this supposed to be sad for those lost at sea whom Nuestra Senora failed to save? Notice how much more reverence is shown to the Mary idol over Jesus? WOW, another HUGE, fancy Mary idol to worship. That statue looks dated, old. She had HUGE floral arrangement with angels at her feet and Jesus' statue was boring and with brown tones. Tell me you don't worship Mary. What are these people going to do when Christ returns and Mary isn't there? lol Once in a while you see a person walking down the center on top of the flowers for no apparent reason.... so bizarre, so poorly organized and executed. What is that? A Cardinal? One of the princesses of the church so delicate she needs a canopy carried overhead? lol Get rid of all the people who just walk in the parade and no one knows who are why they are there. They're just filler and annoying and boring. Worst parade ever.
