Wish the entire video of the belt change was shown, I have a 2006 Vinson owned since new, it started a whining noise when cold that goes away once it’s warmed up. It does bogged down the motor while the whine is present, no smoke, everything seems fine once it’s warm, since you have been completely thru a Vinson, any idea’s? I cannot tell if the whining sound is coming from the belt or the cylinder head. My first thought was a oil pump and maybe oil is not getting to the top of the cylinder until it’s warm but then again it could be CVT belt that spins freely once warm. Any idea’s? Great video’s
Yea, I had to take it completely apart so I had to film it weird because it had to be put back together later. Maybe it's the timing chain or the timing chain tensioner? Mine chain was destroyed.
