Wow! The old KQs were amazing machines - hope you keep it just as a piece of history....I wish I would have kept one. A Prairie is another of my favorite machines - powerful, comfortable, capable, and a great handler. Not sure what else you'll find in that price range that's clean and well taken care of. The next step would be to find either a King Quad 700 or Grizzly 700.

I just recently bought my 2nd 660 grizzly, an 05 as in this video for $3000, a reasonable price i think for one in good condition (traded in the Ozark), missed the power of of a big 4x4 utility. I looked at a 2005 750 brute force but i hated how the seat felt and the wide stance you had to take because of the big v-twin, seemed like you sat up way too high as well. Grizzly has more than ample power to get you to 60+ mph and it just feels right sitting on it, nice plush ride and seat.

just got a wrecked 06 660 grizzly. only needed a lower control arm and tie rod. for $350. real tree camo plastic and ITP wheels.

Im a atv recovery guy at an offroad park called Boggs and Boulders its located in alabama and this is the main atv i have to go get......really just about everyday

That is typically the issue when brining oil. You can try running a little Marvel Mystery Oil mixed in with the gas but it's probably time for a set of rings. And remember to clean that air filter!

@beachamboys11 Probably not - all our older tests were done when the ATVs were new! So if we don't have it on our website (check there for the full list!) we don't have it.

I love my grizzly and radio tires make 100% difference!

no actually the 03 verzoins diff lock top speed is 25 mph and when people say the front axel breks at 1,400 miles its not true because my friend has a 03 grizzly 660 and it has 3,000 miles on it and he has never had one problem with it

Maybe not a huge difference in speed, but a HUGE!!!! difference in every other way - handling, smoothness, feel...

very nice my uncle had one it went pretty good back in those days but now there grizzly 700 are even better still wish they made the 660 with efi and eps and a little of a different look to them.

@rocky2win Most likely just too much tire! Too much weight with the big, heavy tires on steel wheels. Try the stock wheels and tires. The best would be to put a set of very good 25" or maybe 26" (depending on what they are?) on stock wheels.

what's the best 4x4 ATV for $2000-$3000 I can get prairie 650's in my area for about 2500-3000 but is there a better option? needa to be reliable and easy to do your own work on. good for hills and mud. I am looking for something to replace my 95 Suzuki king quad 300 come spring.

anybody know what the problem with this atv might be if it goes into high and low gear and all the others (the digital screen shows they are in gear) but when its in high gear it drives and revs like its in low gear and goes the same speed... help please!
