Carly, Paul and Lucy encounter a stumbling block in the form of the hotel manager in St. Barts. She rips up the list of phone calls Rosanna made while on the island. Paul attempts to first flirt and then offers up a bribe in order to get the phone records but she holds firm. Carly suggests that they try and hit up the desk clerk, Ronald Putney, to see if he'll accept the bribe. All three head off in search of him while the hotel manager makes a phone call... Meanwhile in New York, Jack and Craig watch while DeGrassi brings in another batch of stolen things from Fairwinds to the pawn shop. Craig is anxious to confront him but Jack is waiting until money is mentioned. DeGrassi receives a phone call. It just so happens that it's the very same hotel manager from where Carly, Paul and Lucy are. She tells him that there are people from the States asking about Rosanna Cabot. DeGrassi tells Lev that he's changed his mind and starts packing up the stolen goods. Craig decides to make a move and confronts DeGrassi. He immediately sees no badge and is unconcerned. Jack then steps out and tells him that he's the police officer. DeGrassi asks to see a badge and Jack pulls his out. Before he can put it away DeGrassi stops his hand to get a good look at it and sees that Jack is out of his jurisdiction. Having been unsuccessful in find Mr. Putney Carly, Paul and Lucy decide that it's best if they head home to Oakdale. Lucy is really worried about Rosanna but Carly assures her she's ok. However, once alone by herself, Carly voices the same concerns. On the plane ride home, Carly is working on sketches and Paul is looking over her shoulder. Lucy is asleep behind them. Carly once again warns Paul about Lucy and her crush on him. Paul says that he still sees her as a child but Carly tells him she's not a little girl anymore she's a woman. Paul explains to Carly that he feels a sort of kindred spirit with Lucy saying that they both had similar childhoods. Lucy meanwhile, has a nightmare and wakes up into the comforting arms of Paul. Carly looks on concerned. Back in New York, DeGrassi tells Jack he can't keep him there and he makes to leave but Jack stops him and says that he'll have Lev call the NYPD and send one of their officers out there for back-up. DeGrassi once again makes to move to leave but this time Jack grabs him and throws him up against the wall. DeGrassi tells him to play nice but Jack reminds him that he's out of his jurisdiction and doesn't have to play nice. The boys decide to take him out back to the alley to get some answers from him...
