Thank you, my child does not have CP but struggles with this issue, especially arm stuck during back to front roll and then going right back onto his back....are there hip exercises I can do to help this? Tia

Erin and I show some hip evaluation and exercises for the rolling over in the rolling over course. Get in my fast start support program and start going through that course. If you are finding things difficult to implement because you are in the Fast Start Support Program, you get free 15-miniute one on ones with an ML practitioner and they will help you with the exercises - Once finished with the rolling over course, the Practitioner will guide you on what to do next. www.movementlesson.academy/fast-start

Great video so it seems all this time I’ve been doing it wrong 😖my son is 12 yrs he’s body seems to be getting stiff so it’s harder to work, also he doesn’t have the strength to even get his arm out when getting stuck from under him, should I work on hips or is the a exercise you would recommend thank you

Most parents are taught to work on muscle. I am here to teach you a more effective way to work with your child and give you a way to work on those foundational movements that your son missed out on. I would need to see a video to give you the best place to work for your child. The body is complex so while one child may need hip work another child may need chest work to accomplish the same task. I do free reviews on my facebook group, if you post a video of your son there, I can help you optimize his foundational milestone movements so his movements can be more functional - facebook.com/groups/MovementLessonParentsPractitioners
