I don't hate Aubrey. That sure has become popular lately. I do find her distracting though. I buy a ticket to see wrestling. A referee should be almost invisible. IMO it becomes a problem when a ref wants to be the center of attention.

Here's the thing she's mentioned multiple times...when she gets in the middle of a match and goes extra (which is always hilarious), it's the WRESTLERS who want her in those spots. She just does what she's told. Example her heat with Jericho, it was Jericho who came up with that and it got her over instantly and a fan fave within one night. Her feud with Britt Baker early on, Britt wanted that to happen. And she's incredibly good at it all

@@JohnDoe-wy2py but it's NOT HER CALL what she does in the ring. It's the WRESTLERS themselves that want her in those positions for stories or to get heat. She doesn't TRY to do anything...she just does what she's told

Worst referee ever. Never does a 10 count when the wrestlers are outside of the ring. In tag matches she doesn’t do a count when all four wrestlers are in the ring. She tries to hard to be as much a part of the match as the wrestlers. I had high hopes when she was first on AEW. If this wrestling thing doesn’t work out for her she can always get employment as a double for Mr Ed ( look it up kids)
