I want to see the Rose and Crown reopen. I had some great nights in there when there was that micro brewery in there.

"some more time for construction" gotta be the understatement of the century haha. 5 years below ground. Although according to the architects they will be at level 30 by the end of this year.

Nice presentation. This building has had along gestation period as it has problems with the fire regulations and sea water egress as it is 5 levels underground and close to reclaimed Britomart land where the sea once was.Anyway this will be impressive when built. Total build time will be some 6 +years as it was 'started' in 2016. Chris

Kia ora Shaun, thanks for the message, hope you’re all good! Seems to be minimal public info on pricing but there is a studio apartment on trademe listed at $844k for 46 sqm (includes 8 sqm enclosed balcony). If you contact the developers they will no doubt have better info on the full range of sizes. Cheers, Chris

These are not supertall buildings. Only the Sky Tower @328m could be classed as a super tall (300m to 600m). All other completed buildings in Auckland are less than 200m tall . As a comparison. Brisbane has 7 over 200m , Gold Coast 3, Sydney 12, Melbourne 21 , Perth 3.
