why not major in both? they’re both good and pretty easy courses. i enjoy both but if you had to choose .. marketing is a very popular major, it’s actually very easy as the work load is not that much. on the other hand, i’ve learnt heaps in IB and i think it’s a practical major but for one of the IB papers it’s mainly just team work so depends on what you like. maybe do some research on the types of papers u would have to take or the syllabus and see which major would be more suited to you!

omg me too, what did you end up doing? I'm also considering supply chain management.

@@brownbear1657 hi!! I ended up majoring in marketing analytics because marketing is something I had an interest in, but analytics is in high demand right now, so I went that route. I don’t plan on getting a job in analytics tho, but I do plan on getting a job in marketing and having that analytics side will help me in marketing, so that’s why I ended up majoring in that! :) I hope you end up figuring out what you want to major in! I know it can be hard because there’s many to chose from, but trust me, it’ll come to you! :)

In Business Administration, you will learn all fields of Business including Marketing. So if you want to learn marketing but still confused, choose Business Administration. And maths is also included in Business.

yep i really enjoy it! at uoa there is a lot of group work involved w this major so if thats not something you like then i'd rethink but ive learnt a lot about global trading, some economics, some finance and management ! so if thats something youre interested in then i'd say say yes !

for 3 of my exams it is done in person and 1 of them i had to write on the computer
