The Ford 5000 made about what it make over here In the UK seen them go for as little as £2000 some other implement made about same money. Another good episode mate. Really enjoy the auction stuff.👍👍
You know you way around farm auctions. $5500 for a less than pristine condition 5000 was getting up close to the high end. Trouble with them is that the last ones were built in the mid 1970's most were run hard and finding a really decent one is like finding a final year's production 4020 in top shape. . Simply a matter of sheer luck.
Wow chisels cheap.so was some other stuff. I have a manure spreader that size bought in 2000 paid 8500 new. Better shape.id probably loose big at an auction nowadays. Its inside.
wow someone took it in the shorts for that 5000 ford i would not have spent 3000 on it lol and as for that 1610 chisel scrap it since know the weak point of those on a 966 IH lol and it had the twisted points just like that one
