I don't think the statement made at 13:04 is accurate. The adjustment from IFRS to GAAP should not be done by the auditors, but by the management. So the last sentence of this slide is inaccurate too. Also the first sentence of this 13:04 slide page is incorrect - it should be "if the did NOT follow...."
