Thanks! I got Audacity recently and so far ive only leaned how to remove background noise. Now i would like to know if there is a way to remove one person's voice from an audio file, for example, two people are talking, male and female and I want to separate both voices as different tracks and then try to mix them by panning each on either side and then add low music score under it. By the way, really good production of this song and well sung.

Vocal Remover is Nyquist Effect plugin comes with Audacity. If you do not see Vocal Remover plugin after Installation of Audacity, Go to Preference>Effects and Enable Nyquist. Then you will see in Effects list.

It almost worked for me but it made everything including the instrumentals echoey and distorted.

This is a filter so vocal never be removed 100% same as your sunglasses it filters the light but never 100%

There is no "Swap Stereo Channels" option on the drop down menu. It doesn't exist.

Most of these videos DO NOT REMOVE VOCALS. The basically just Invert the song so they cancel out each other, so the vocals are still there, but it's just inaudible and sounds like shit in the background.
