Audax 600kms (cut off time 40 hours). This is now my longest, farthest and most difficult cycling event. PRAMIS last na po ito 😩
Most of us know already the physical demands of 600kms not to mention the scorching heat from the sun, heavy downpour of rain, fatigue, sleep deprivation but it’s really a mental game.
